How to address Help Desk ticket raised by the Residents?

Please find below steps for View all complaints:-

In Manage Complaint under you will get the section like Complaint Dashboard, All Complaints, Open Complaints, Complaint In Progress, Closed complaint:- 

A.Complaint Dashboard:-

Step 1:- Go to the Complaint Button

Step 2:- Click on Manage Complaint

Step 3:- Click on Complaint Dashboard

Step 4:- Here You can get a record category wise count like how many are open, in progress, Closed etc

 

B.All Complaint:- 

Step 1:- Go to the Complaint Button

Step 2:- Click on Manage Complaint

Step 3:- Click on All complaint tab

Step 4:- You can filter help desk ticket/complaint in a select category option. Also, you can fetch date wise, you can search Ticket id wise and wing & flat wise also 

 

C.Open Complaint:-

Step 1:- Click on Manage Complaint

Step 2:- Open Complaint

Step 3:- Here you can find all open complaints with wing & flatwise. Also, you can get details like logged date, time, status, aging, logged by, Assigned to whom etc

 

D.Complaint In Progress:- 

Step 1:- Click on Manage Complaint

Step 2:- Complaint In Progress

Step 3:- Here you can find all In progress complaints with wing & flatwise. Also, you can get details like logged date, time, status, aging, logged by, Assigned to whom etc

Step 4:- You can edit complaint, Print Complaint, Assign to other maintenance staff etc

 

E.Closed Complaint:- 

Step 1:- Click on Manage Complaint

Step 2:- Complaint In Progress

Step 3:- Here You can the closed complaint record
