How to Create Minutes of Meetings ?

Minutes of the Meetings can be created digitally by using Create Minutes feature on our platform. Minutes created here can be digitally sent to all the Members/Residents by email by a simple click of a button.
Please find below steps for create minutes of meetings:-

Step 1:- Go to Home Page

Step 2:- Click on Meetings Button

Step 3:- Click on Create Minutes

Step 4:- Click on Type Of Meeting

Step 5:- Click on Create Minutes

Step 6:- Fill the required information in the Minutes templates

Step 7:- Click on Send Button

There is an additional feature available to create the minutes as draft for editing by any or all the Managing Committee members of Society and once the minutes are final the same can be sent to all the Members.
